UK Lights Up Blue for Commencement

LEXINGTON, Ky. (May 11, 2021) — The University of Kentucky campus is shining blue this week in honor of the May 2021 and all 2020 graduates. 

Through Sunday, May 16, various buildings around campus will be lit with blue lights to celebrate the graduates The UK Commencement Ceremonies will take place this weekend at Rupp Arena. 

Below are the UK buildings that will go blue:

  • The Cornerstone
  • Healthy Kentucky Research Building
  • UK Albert B. Chandler Hospital Pavilion A
  • Johnson Hall
  • Donovan Hall
  • Jewel Hall
  • Blazer Hall
  • Gatton College of Business and Economics Building
  • Haggin/K-Lair
  • The 90
  • Chellgren Hall
  • Holmes Hall
  • William T. Young Library
  • Main Building
  • Memorial Hall
  • Lewis Hall
