LEXINGTON, Ky. (October 13, 2011) – Some of your favorite classic Disney movies are coming once again to the big screen at Disney Mania from 2 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, in the William T. Young Library Auditorium. This event is free and is sponsored by the Student Activities Board.

Disney Mania will give students the chance to re-live their childhood and watch timeless Disney classics on the big screen once again. The movie marathon starts with a showing of "Aladdin," "Beauty and the Beast" and finishing off with "The Lion King."

Food and drinks will be available and provided by UK Catering.

“Students should come to Disney Mania because they will be instantly transported back to their childhood with all the classic movies they loved back then," said Chelsea Alexander, director of SAB Cinema Committee.

The Student Activities Board brings more than 100 entertaining, educational and enriching programs that are reflective of contemporary issues and trends to the University of Kentucky annually.  These programs are designed to enhance the college experience for students, faculty, staff and the greater Lexington community.
