Parking Permit Renewal Reminder

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Feb. 25, 2011) — Parking & Transportation Services is currently accepting employee and retiree parking permit renewal applications for permits that expire March 31, 2012. UK employees are encouraged to renew their permits online at www.uky.edu/Parking. Employees may also apply by campus mail, or in person at any PTS office.

UK retirees may only apply for permits by mail or in person; they will receive application materials via mail.

Employees are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. Employees applying before March 1 should receive the new permit at their preferred address by March 31. Permits ordered after March 1 will also be mailed to the preferred address; the online application will be open until March 25.

All outstanding parking citations must be paid before an application is accepted. Citations may be paid online at www.uky.edu/Parking/services-pay-citation.html.

Applicants will need their mailing address and a MasterCard or Visa if not eligible for payroll deduction. License plates of any new vehicles should be added under “manage vehicles.” UK employees must have their link blue login information to purchase a permit.
