See the Wildcats Take on Baylor at Cat Watch Party

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Dec. 5, 2013) Can’t make it to Dallas for the UK versus Baylor game? No problem. See the Cats take on the Bears this Friday, Dec. 6 at 10 p.m. in Center Theater, located in the Student Center. The event, sponsored by the Student Activities Board Campus Life Committee and Team Wildcat, is free and open to the public.

Cat Watch is a free event where students are able to get together with fellow fans to watch away UK basketball games. All UK fans are welcome to enjoy a night of free food and prizes while cheering on the Wildcats. The Cats are currently ranked third in the Associated Press Top 25, while Baylor is ranked 20. Both teams have a 7-1 record.

“There’s nothing like the atmosphere at a UK home game, especially in the eRUPPtion zone,” said Connor Giesselman, SAB director of Campus Life. “We love recreating that atmosphere for away games at our Cat Watch parties with Team Wildcat.”
