LEXINGTON, Ky. (Jan. 14, 2013) — University of Kentucky Information Technology (UKIT) is working with system vendors to resolve issues related to a storage system on campus. This high-capacity system provides essential storage to several university systems and services.

This work will continue around the clock until the issues are resolved, and it could intermittently affect functionality of the following major UK services:

  • Blackboard
  • Adobe Connect Pro
  • Echo 360
  • Exchange (e-mail)
  • myUK portal
  • Sharepoint
  • SAP SRM

Telephone (analog and VoIP), CosmoCom and Lync services will not be affected. Status update information will be added regularly at www.uky.edu/ukit/help and via @UKITStatus on Twitter.
