UK 2015 Grads to Receive Sesquicentennial Diplomas

LEXINGTON, Ky. (May 4, 2015) — University of Kentucky students graduating in May and December 2015 will receive diplomas bearing the sesquicentennial seal commemorating 150 years of UK's dedication to research, education and service.

May commencement will take place Saturday, May 9, at Rupp Arena. The graduate and professional ceremony will begin at 9 a.m., followed at 1 p.m. by the ceremony for undergraduates in the Colleges of: Agriculture, Food and Environment; Gatton College of Business and Economics; Education; Engineering; and Nursing. At 6 p.m. the commencement ceremony will begin for undergraduates in the Colleges of: Arts and Sciences; Communication and Information; Design; Fine Arts; Health Sciences; and Social Work.

December commencement will take place Friday, Dec. 18, at Memorial Coliseum.
