UK Ag's Headrick Appointed to National Board

LEXINGTON, Ky. (July 19, 2012) — Jason Headrick, director of student relations in the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture, was appointed to a one-year term on the board of directors for the National Agricultural Alumni and Development Association (NAADA).

Headrick will serve as the organization’s Marketing/Communications Committee chair.  In that role, he will oversee the website while providing guidance on marketing initiatives and materials used to promote the organization to various stakeholders including current members, prospective members, and sponsors.

Headrick’s term of service together with that of more than 20 other board members from across the nation began during NAADA’s 37th Annual Conference hosted recently by UK in Lexington, Ky.

NAADA, headquartered in St. Paul, Minn., is dedicated to the professional advancement of the members and in turn the institutions they serve.  The organization provides education and support for professionals, volunteers and student leaders who are dedicated to serving land-grant colleges of agricultural sciences and related programs.
