UK Looks at Transitioning to Life After College

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Dec. 6, 2012) — If you are wondering just how you are going to successfully make the transition from being a college student to starting a career or whatever the next chapter of your life may hold in store, the University of Kentucky is reaching out to you.

On Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, the UK Life After College Retreat committee is hosting a daylong program in the UK Student Center addressing all kinds of topics, from generations in the workplace, to relocating, to professional presence and more. The Life After College Retreat begins at 9:30 a.m. and runs until 5 p.m. in Room 211.

All juniors and seniors are encouraged to attend.  Breakfast and lunch will be provided along with free prizes and door gifts.
