LEXINGTON, Ky. (Nov. 22, 2010) – Finals week is a stressful time for students, and one of UK’s most popular traditions, Midnight Finals Crunch Brunch, is back to ease the stress. The Student Activities Board (SAB) is looking for volunteers to continue this successful event.

Any UK faculty or staff member is invited to serve as a “UK celebrity server” for the most popular attraction of Crunch Brunch, a free hot breakfast, or to assist with other activities going on that evening. Crunch Brunch is from 9 p.m. until midnight on Monday, Dec. 13, at Memorial Coliseum.

Volunteers are needed for two shifts, the first from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. and the second from 10:15 p.m. until midnight. To volunteer, visit www.uksab.org/CrunchBrunch/registration. Volunteers are asked to register by Monday, Dec. 7.

Crunch Brunch offers students a variety of free brunch food served by faculty and administrators as well as several fun activities, such as challenging President Todd to a game of pool and free massages.
