Watch the Wildcats take on the LSU Tigers at Cat Watch party

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Jan. 28, 2014) - CatWatch returns with the UK vs. Louisiana State University men’s basketball game tonight, Jan. 28, at 9 p.m. in Worsham Theater. Free food and prizes will be provided to attendees. This event is sponsored by Team Wildcat and the Student Activities Board Campus Life committee and is free and open to the public.

Cat Watch is a free event where students are able to get together with fellow fans to watch the away UK basketball games. All UK Fans are welcome to enjoy a night of free food and prizes while cheering on the Wildcats! The Cats are currently ranked #14 in the AP Top 25 while the LSU Tigers remain unranked. UK carries a record of 14-4.

“Students love Cat Watch parties because it’s a fun, free way to support the Cats,” said Connor Giesselman, SAB director of campus life. “We’re taking the atmosphere of the eRUPPtion Zone and bringing it to our students during away games.”

SAB brings more than 100 entertaining educational and enriching programs that are reflective of contemporary issues and trends to the University of Kentucky annually. These programs are designed to enhance the college experience for students, faculty, staff, and the greater Lexington community.
