Davis Named Player of the Year to Lead Awards
Freshman Anthony Davis was named the Southeastern Conference Player of the Year to lead a bevy of honors for the Wildcats as voted on by the league's coaches, it was announced on Tuesday. In addition to Player of the Year honors, Davis was tabbed as the league's top freshman and best defensive player.
