Transportation Services to Change Office Hours Starting Feb. 5

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Jan. 31, 2018) — Beginning Monday, Feb. 5, University of Kentucky Transportation Services will have new hours of operation for the customer service center in the Press Avenue Garage office, located at 721 Press Ave.

The new hours of operation will be 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The changes are designed to respond to the shifting needs of the campus community. The Press Avenue Garage customer service center has experienced a reduction in late night traffic. This is due, in large part, to more members of the campus community taking advantage of Transportation Services’ online services, including permit sales and renewals and citation payment and appeals, which are available anytime at www.uky.edu/transportation. Recent additions to the online offerings include sales of scratch-off permits and short-term permits, which are available for temporary employees.

Transportation Services will offer extended hours, including Saturday hours, during peak permit sales times as necessary.
