LEXINGTON, Ky. (Nov. 3, 2025) — Beginning Nov. 1, the University of Kentucky Office of Marketing and Brand Strategy started offering UK Canva Enterprise, a new tool designed to make it easier for UK faculty and staff to create professional, on-brand materials for smaller design needs. From social media graphics and flyers to invitations and quick print pieces, Canva Enterprise provides access to official UK templates, brand assets and shared workflows that will help users produce designs that reflect the university’s brand.

Seats are available for $190 per user per year, billed to departmental cost centers. Employees can request seats through a centralized form at go.uky.edu/RequestCanvaSeat (one seat per Linkblue ID).

Accounts will auto renew unless subscribers notify UK Marketing and Brand Strategy at brand@uky.edu.

Those who join the enterprise can also suggest new templates or updates as campus design needs evolve. Each seat includes full support from both UK Marketing and Canva, along with training resources. Marketing and Brand Strategy will manage account setup and training coordination (if requested).

More information will be available for users who join the enterprise once their account is set up.

Users who are currently subscribed to Canva Pro should reach out about possibly transitioning existing projects into the UK enterprise system (before deleting their original account) by contacting brand@uky.edu

As the state’s flagship, land-grant institution, the University of Kentucky exists to advance the Commonwealth. We do that by preparing the next generation of leaders — placing students at the heart of everything we do — and transforming the lives of Kentuckians through education, research and creative work, service and health care. We pride ourselves on being a catalyst for breakthroughs and a force for healing, a place where ingenuity unfolds. It's all made possible by our people — visionaries, disruptors and pioneers — who make up 200 academic programs, a $476.5 million research and development enterprise and a world-class medical center, all on one campus.
