#AskACat Twitter Chat Focuses on Job Searches

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Nov. 19, 2012) — For our graduating seniors Commencement is right around the corner, and the University of Kentucky will present an #AskACat Twitter Chat for graduates as they begin their search for a career after undergrad. Individuals are strongly encouraged to participate in this conversation and send questions about job searching to the live Twitter chat.

Theresa Mickelwait, senior assistant director and liaison to the College of Nursing and the College of Health Sciences for the James W. Stuckert Career Center, will answer questions students have on job searching at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20, via the university's official Twitter account, @universityofky. Those interested in following and/or participating in the chat can follow the university's account or #AskACat for questions posed and responses from the Twitter chat.

Individuals interested in asking questions on job searches should send their questions to www.twitter.com/universityofky through 3 p.m. Nov. 20 or on the UK Facebook page prior to 2 p.m., Nov. 20. Responses to questions will be shared with the university's followers and those following the hashtag #AskACat.
