Relax from the Stress of Midterms with SAB

LEXINGTON, Ky. (March 7, 2016) — Student Activities Board’s Campus Life Committee continues their Massage on the Go series this semester with their first event 7 to 10 p.m. tonight in The Hub of the William T. Young Library.

Students have the opportunity to receive a free five-minute massage, talk to members of the Student Activities Board (SAB) and find out more information about upcoming events. Therapists from the Lexington Healing Arts Academy are certified and trained to give students an effective massage that is sure to relieve stress.

“Midterms are always a stressful time, especially during the spring semester,” said Jill Mark, SAB director of Campus Life. “Don’t sweat it! Take a break and treat yourself to a free massage. You deserve it!”

SAB brings more than 60 entertaining, educational and enriching programs that are reflective of contemporary issues and trends to the University of Kentucky annually. These programs are designed to enhance the college experience for students, faculty, staff and the greater Lexington community.
