Trick-or-Treating Held by Residence Life for Families of UK Community

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Oct. 25, 2019) —​  The University of Kentucky faculty, staff, graduate and professional student's little ones can get a head start on Halloween trick-or-treating from 6-8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28.

For the 23rd year, the Office of Residence Life and UK's on-campus residence halls will open their front lobbies this Halloween season to the children and grandchildren of the UK community. Children 12 years and younger only should come dressed in their trick-or-treat costumes. Adult supervision is required. Trick-or-treating will take place rain or shine.

Trick-or-treating will take place on north and central campus this year. On north campus, Jewell, Blazer and Holmes Halls will participate. On central campus, Haggin, Donovan, Johnson, Lewis, Ingels, Baldwin, Smith, Chellgren, Woodland Glen II, III, IV and V will all participate. All halls will have signs on the front doors welcoming trick-or-treaters to the building.

For visiting central campus halls, employees with a valid E parking pass can park in the Sports Center lot behind Ingels Hall. For visiting north campus halls, employees with a valid E parking pass can park in the lot behind Memorial Coliseum. For additional parking options, please check the UK Transportation Services website
