UK Appreciation Day scheduled for May 25

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Feb. 6, 2023) — Mark your calendars and save the date! UK Appreciation Day is scheduled for May 25, 2023. Additional details on the event will be sent out soon.

Department orders for 2023 Appreciation Day T-shirts are under way and must be completed through the Staff Senate online order form no later than March 13, 2023. Click the link below to enter your order. If you are with CAFE Extension Office, you will be contacted regarding your department order.

Every department that completes the form will receive an immediate summary of your order details. Our committee advises you to check your quantities/sizes ordered and save this message for the future. This will serve as confirmation that the order was placed. 

A confirmation number will be sent by May 1, 2023, to the main contact who placed the department order. Shirt distribution instructions, date and location information will be included in this communication. The Staff Senate Special Events committee is currently working to establish locations and times and will be shared in the confirmation email. There will be one location with designated pull-up parking on the day of pick-up, with no permit required to enter. Orders that are not claimed on the day of distribution will be forfeited. There are no individual orders or late orders.
