Softball Blanks Georgetown in First Fall Scrimmage
Behind home runs from senior catcher Griffin Joiner, freshman catcher Rachael Metzger and junior infielder Ansley Smith, and scoreless outings in the circle from sophomores Meagan Prince and Shannon Smith and freshman Erin Rethlake, the Kentucky softball team posted a 10-0 victory over Georgetown to open its fall exhibition schedule last weekend.
