UK Alumni Association Releases Digital App
LEXINGTON, Ky. (March 26, 2018) — Available today, the University of Kentucky Alumni Association has released its new app for members and nonmembers through the App Store and Google Play. This free app connects users to the UK Alumni Association, bringing a user-friendly and personalized experience to their mobile devices.
“We designed this app to make our programs and services easier to access,” said Tim Walsh, associate vice president for alumni engagement and executive director of the UK Alumni Association. “This app is also a great way to stay current on alumni news and find ways to connect with the University of Kentucky’s alumni and friends.”
With this app, users can:
- join the UK Alumni Association and simplify the renewing process by renewing membership through the app;
- find UK Alumni Clubs and events;
- download a digital membership card;
- register for an alumni event;
- stay updated on UK Alumni Association, UK and UK Athletics news;
- go to UK Alumni Association social media feeds;
- read Kentucky Alumni magazine;
- search the online Alumni Directory; and
- access membership discounts and benefits.
The app is available for download on iOS and Android devices through the App Store and Google Play. Search for the term “UK Alumni.” Additional information about the app can be found on the UK Alumni Association website at www.ukalumni.net/app.
