Hilary J. Boone Center to Serve Commencement Lunch for UK Graduates

LEXINGTON, Ky. (May 1, 2018) — The Hilary J. Boone Center is excited to be open for a special Commencement Lunch for University of Kentucky graduates and their families 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday, May 6, 2018.

The Hilary J. Boone Center at the University of Kentucky is conveniently located on the corner of Rose Street and Columbia Avenue and features beautifully appointed space for everything from daily dining to corporate functions to full-scale weddings.

Graduates and their families can enjoy delicious cuisine prepared by the Boone Center's award-winning culinary staff and outstanding service members while celebrating their college graduate.

The menu offers many selections, including poached shrimp cocktail, Southwestern style quinoa salad, hot smoked salmon, chicken marsala and more. The cost of the meal is $25 for adults, $12.50 for children ages 6-12, $6.25 for children ages 3-5 and free for children under three.
