Application Process for DanceBlue Coordinators to Close March 23rd

LEXINGTON, Ky. (March 20, 2018) — Over the past 13 years, DanceBlue at University of Kentucky has raised over $13 million dollars for the kids of the DanceBlue Kentucky Children’s Hospital Hematology/Oncology Clinic. The pinnacle of this effort is a 24-hour no sitting, no sleeping dance marathon led fully by students. This an effort that you too can help lead by applying for a coordinator position.

The application process for coordinator and vice-coordinator positions is open until Friday, March 23.

Because DanceBlue is a year-round fundraising organization, coordinators will be required to commit to the fight against cancer through the summer months, office hours during the academic year and mandatory weekly meetings.

DanceBlue is the University of Kentucky's 24-hour, no sitting, no sleeping dance marathon that benefits the Golden Matrix Fund. The DanceBlue Kentucky Children’s Hospital Hematology/Oncology Clinic opened its brand new facility in 2017 after a complete renovation funded solely from DanceBlue.
