Fall GRE Prep Courses To Be Offered

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Aug. 4, 2011) — On Aug. 1, the GRE changed to its new test format. To help students prepare for success, the University of Kentucky's Academic Enhancement will be offering one-day GRE test prep workshops this fall, GRE Plus +.

The workshop includes one full-length practice exam and four hours of instruction, including test-taking strategies and content review. A pizza lunch will also be included. All workshops will take place on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Room B110 in the basement of the William T. Young Library.

GRE Plus + Math workshops are offered Aug. 27, Sept. 17, Oct. 8 and Nov. 19. GRE Plus + Verbal workshops are offered Sept. 24, Oct. 1 and Nov. 12. 

Students may register for one of the workshops for $100. Workshops are capped at 30 students. Nontraditional students and non-UK students are welcome to attend. Register at
