GRE Workshops Offered in May and June

LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 26, 2011) − On Aug. 1, the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) format will change. Academic Enhancement in The Study is now offering a one-day GRE test prep workshop, GRE Plus +, to prepare students for succeeding on the graduate admissions test. This will be the last opportunity to take the GRE test prep workshop before the GRE test format changes. The course includes two full-length practice exams and four hours of instruction, including test-taking strategies and content review.
The following courses are available. All take place at The Study in Complex Commons, Room 306C.
- A GRE Plus + Math Workshop will be offered from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 14.
- A GRE Plus + Verbal Workshop will be offered from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 21.
- A GRE Plus + Math Workshop will be offered from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 4.
- A GRE Plus + Verbal Workshop will be offered from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday, June 5.
Students may register for one of the workshops for $100, or for Math and Verbal on both days for $200. Classes are capped at 25 students. Nontraditional students and non-UK students also are welcome to attend. Register here to reserve your spot today.
