Navy Recruiters Coming to UK April 2
LEXINGTON, Ky. (March 26, 2013) — Representatives from the U.S. Navy will be at the University of Kentucky on Tuesday, April 2, as part of the 2013 America's Navy College Tour.
The event will take place from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in the Engineering complex, where information tables will be set up in the courtyard. Students will be able to talk with Navy personnel to get information about scholarships and careers with the Navy.
This event is primarily geared toward students who are established in the STEM disciplines (science, technology, engineering and mathematics), but all students are welcome to attend. Recruiters are especially interested in speaking with engineering, pre-med, and medical students.
