Parking and Transportation Services Offers Free Spring Break Shuttle to Blue Grass Airport

LEXINGTON, Ky. (March 1, 2017) — University of Kentucky Parking and Transportation Services (PTS) is simplifying spring break travel for UK students, by offering free shuttle transportation between campus and Blue Grass Airport.

The shuttle will operate Thursday, March 9, and Friday, March 10, with daily campus pickup times of 6 a.m., 8 a.m., 10 a.m., noon, 2 p.m., 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Students should plan to leave campus at least two hours prior to takeoff.

While the shuttle is free, reservations are required. To schedule a pickup, students should submit a ride request through the form found here: www.uky.edu/pts/buses-and-shuttles_seasonal-shuttles_airport-shuttles. Ride requests should be submitted at least two business days in advance.

A PTS representative will email to confirm the pickup time. Students are responsible for their own transportation back to campus.
