Vote Now for Homecoming Queen and King
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Oct. 19, 2010) – Voting is now open for the 2011 Homecoming king and queen.

Students should visit www.uksab.org/Homecoming to see the bios of the candidates and cast their vote; your link blue ID and password are required for you to cast your vote.
Homecoming queen candidates are:
- Kendall Corbin, a senior from Flemingsburg, Ky.; she is studying agriculture biotechnology.
- Nikki Hurt, a senior from Lexington; she is studying agricultural biotechnology.
- Elizabeth Shemo, a senior from Shelbyville, Ky.; she is studying integrated strategic communication.
- Michelle Studeny, a senior from Huntington, W. Va.; she is studying human nutrition.
- Mary Ellen Wimberly, a junior from Richmond, Ky.; she is studying finance and economics.
Homecoming king candidates are:
- Alex Brewer, a senior from Louisville; he is studying human nutrition.
- Taylor Cox, a senior from Campbellsville, Ky.; he is studying political science.
- Matt Doane, a senior from Smithfield, Ky.; he is studying political science and international studies.
- Micah Fielden, a senior from Lexington; he is studying agricultural biotechnology.
- Grayson “Cody” Jenkins, a senior from Greenville, Ky.; he is studying agricultural economics and community communication and leadership development.
The king and queen will be crowned at halftime of the Homecoming football game on Saturday, Oct. 22.
