‘UK at the Half’: Transformative opportunity for students in Washington, DC
LEXINGTON, Ky. (March 25, 2025) — Internships are integral to setting up University of Kentucky students for life after graduation.
The WilDCats at the Capitol internship program — developed through a partnership between the Office of Government Relations, the Department of Political Science in the College of Arts and Sciences, the Student Government Association, and the Office for Student Success — provides transformative experiences in Washington for UK students.
In this edition of “UK at the Half,” learn more about what the experience taught Jayden Sheridan, a senior from Findlay, Ohio, and Keijuan Pryor, a sophomore from Louisville, Kentucky.
