Softball Defeats No. 3 UCLA 7-1 to Advance to School's First Women's College World Series
The No. 14 University of Kentucky softball team scored three runs in the third inning, giving sophomore pitcher Kelsey Nunley all the run support she needed, as the Wildcats defeated No. 3 UCLA 7-1 in game three of the NCAA Los Angeles Super Regional, punching its ticket to the 2014 Women's College World Series. This will be Kentucky's first ever appearance in the WCWS.
