Connect With HR Work-Life During National Work and Family Month
Lexington, Ky. (Oct. 10, 2018) — This year marks the 15th anniversary of National Work and Family Month, a time for employers to celebrate the progress made toward healthier and more flexible work environments. Throughout the month of October, the Work-Life team in Human Resources at the University of Kentucky will be hosting events that promote healthy, balanced lifestyles.
The Work-Life team is here to help employees manage work and personal responsibilities, no matter the stage of life or career. Work-life integration is different for everyone. It may mean seeking flexibility in your workplace or finding community resources that will help you manage your personal responsibilities.
Events hosted by the Work-Life team range from an Elder Care Lunch and Learns to Speed Friending.
