LEXINGTON, Ky. (May 4, 2017) — The University of Kentucky Society of Postdoctoral Scholars (SOPS) will host its third Postdoctoral Research Symposium Friday, June 2, in the William T. Young Library.
James C. Gould, director of the Office for Postdoctoral Fellows at Harvard Medical School, will serve as keynote speaker. There will also be a lunch panel discussion with several area industry representatives.
Postdoctoral researchers and graduate students from all disciplines are invited to present posters and oral presentations. To submit an abstract for an oral presentation or poster, visit tinyurl.com/SoPS2017. The deadline to submit is May 19. Use the same link to register to attend the symposium.
Funding for the symposium is provided by the UK Office of the Vice President for Research, UK Student Government Association, UK Graduate School and the UK College of Medicine.
