UK Alert - Suspects in Custody in Attempted Armed Robbery

11:30 p.m.:  UK Police have apprehended three subjects in earlier reported attempted armed robbery.    Police have given an all clear to the area.

11:15 p.m., 3/31/14: When a non-student was walking on the west side of South Limestone by Peterson Service Building, three male black subjects jumped out of some bushes and struck the victim in the face with a revolver. The suspects demanded the victim's money and cell phone, but the victim refused. One of the subjects then pointed the gun at the victim. The victim still refused to comply. Suspects were last seen fleeing toward White Hall Classroom Building on main campus.

11 p.m., 3/31/14: Attempted armed robbery reported at the Main Building around 10:35 p.m. Avoid area. Suspects were three younger black males last seen wearing dark color hoodies. One subject is in possession of a firearm. Last seen running toward White Hall Classroom Building.
