Vehicles Must be Moved From Stadium Parking Lot Prior to Spring Football Game
LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 10, 2013) ― University of Kentucky Football will host their annual spring football game Saturday, April 13. The Coach Mark Stoops era has generated an unparalleled level of excitement around this year’s spring game, and the university is expecting record attendance.
With attendance projections approaching that of a regular season football game, Parking and Transportation Services is requiring vehicles in the Commonwealth Stadium area to relocate as they would for a typical fall football game. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but celebrate this enthusiasm around the football program.
Students and employees who park at Commonwealth Stadium must move their vehicles before 9 a.m. Saturday, April 13, for the UK Football Spring Game. Additionally, parking is prohibited on University Drive at any time on game days. Failure to move any vehicle from the stadium parking lots or University Drive may result in a citation and impoundment at the owner’s expense. This includes the K lots, the E parking in the Red and Blue lots, the C6 lot, the Soccer/Softball Complex and the K/E lot next to Greg Page Apartments.
Vehicles may be moved any time after 3:30 p.m. Friday, April 12 and must be moved back by 5 a.m. Monday.
