WUKY's 'UK Perspectives' Focuses on Upcoming MLK Day Celebration

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Jan 17, 2014) — WUKY's "UK Perspectives" focuses on the people and programs of the University of Kentucky and is hosted by WUKY General Manager Tom Godell.  On today's program, guest host Carl Nathe of UK Public Relations and Marketing previews the annual celebration of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday in downtown Lexington Monday, Jan. 20. Nathe talks with event organizers Terry Allen, UK associate vice president for Institutional Equity, and Chester Grundy, senior diversity advisor to the dean in the UK College of Medicine.
