Fine Dining and the Arts Merge
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Oct. 24, 2016) — The Hilary J. Boone Center and the Singletary Center for the Arts partner on an evening of dining and the arts when the University of Kentucky Symphony Orchestra presents "Strauss and Wagner” with soprano Karen Slack 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28. Enjoy upscale dining at the Boone Center before walking down to the Singletary Center for the concert.

Buffet dinner: appetizer, salad/soup, entrée, dessert
Beer braised beef short ribs with portabella mushrooms and fresh thyme
Chicken schnitzel with creamy grain mustard sauce and capers
Seating: 5:30-7:30 p.m.
