PTS Offers Free Thanksgiving Airport Shuttle

LEXINGTON, Ky (Nov. 15, 2012) ― Parking and Transportation Services is helping students reach their Thanksgiving holiday destinations by providing a free shuttle to Blue Grass Airport. The shuttle will run Monday, Nov. 19 through Wednesday, Nov. 21, with daily campus pick-up times of 6 a.m., 8 a.m., 10 a.m., noon, 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Students should plan to leave campus at least two hours prior to their scheduled flight departure.

To schedule a pick-up, email UKParking@lsv.uky.edu with the subject “Thanksgiving Break Shuttle” at least 48 hours in advance (not including weekends) and provide the following information:

•           Name

•           Campus address

•           Phone number

•           Date, time, and location of pick-up

A representative from Parking & Transportation Services will email to confirm a pick-up time and location.

Please note, students are responsible for their own transportation back to campus.
