LEXINGTON, Ky. (Nov. 30. 2017) — Join the University of Kentucky's Center for Community Outreach and PAWS (Promoting Animal Welfare and Services) for their Santa PAWS event from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 2.
Bring you favorite furry friend to have their picture taken with Santa this weekend at the UK School of Art and Visual Studies located at 236 Bolivar St. All people and dog breeds are welcome.
Donations in the form of towels, blankets, leashes and collars will be accepted for the Lexington Pit Crew, a rescue organization that caters to pit bulls and other "bully-breeds."
PAWS (Promoting Animal Welfare and Services) is a student volunteer organization that is dedicated to the welfare of animals.
