HR Services Available Through Holiday Break
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Dec. 21, 2009) – The Human Resources areas listed below will offer limited services from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 24; Monday, Dec. 28; Tuesday, Dec.29; Wednesday, Dec. 30; and Thursday, Dec. 31.
Benefits Office (112 Scovell Hall)
Front Desk staff will be available to receive and distribute forms and answer basic benefits questions. For more information regarding Benefits services, call 257-9519, option 3.
Compensation/Records (21 Scovell Hall)
Compensation staff will be available to assist with position assignments/PARs and to provide JAQ information. Records staff will be available to assist with employee records. For more information regarding position assignments/PARs, call 257-0584. For Employee Records, call 257-9476. For JAQ questions, call 257-8912.
Employment/STEPS (112 Scovell Hall)
Front Desk staff will be available to answer employment questions, complete I-9 forms, assist hiring officials and applicants with the Online Employment System and help with other basic employment services. Career Employment staff will be available to post job requisitions, approve salary recommendations and PARs, as well as create interview guides for regular positions. STEPS Temporary Employment will also be available to assist with all temporary staffing needs. For more information relating to Employment services, call 257-9555, option 2.
HR Satellite Office (1101 South Limestone)
The UK HR Satellite Office will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The office will be closed for lunch each day from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.). HR staff will be available to manage the pre-employment screening processes, receive and distribute employment forms and complete I-9 forms.
