Chellgren Center Offers Information With Ice Cream

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Sept. 13, 2017) ― Are you a University of Kentucky student who is inquisitive, curious about the world around you, ambitious or civic minded?

If the answer is yes, then stop by the Chellgren Center for Undergraduate Excellence open house and enjoy free ice cream and meet the staff. Undergraduates will find abundant programming opportunities to enrich their undergraduate career.

The event is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 20, in Funkhouser Courtyard. In case of inclement weather, the event will be held on the second floor of the Funkhouser Building.

Representatives from the Offices of Nationally Competitive Awards, Undergraduate Research and the Chellgren Student Fellows Program will be available to answer questions about their programs. These programs are intended to make an undergraduate student's UK experience richer and more fulfilling.
