Break Bread With Capilouto
LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 2, 2012) — A total of 203 University of Kentucky staff members registered to attend the first Breakfast with President Eli Capilouto held on Tuesday, March 6. Eventually only 18 were randomly selected as guests for the breakfast. It was a successful event that allowed the president to meet staff members from many different areas of campus, including Dining Services, UK HealthCare, Facilities Management and Undergraduate Studies.
The University of Kentucky Staff Senate is facilitating another opportunity for staff members to have Breakfast with President Eli Capilouto.
Due to the popularity of this event and the limited seating available, guests will be randomly chosen from a pool of applicants each month. All UK staff members can apply to be a guest for the breakfast by registering at the UK Staff Senate website.
The breakfast will be held at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 18, at the Boone Center. Registration will be open from 12:01 a.m. Wednesday, April 4, through 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, April 10. If you are randomly selected to attend, you will be contacted by a member of the UK Staff Senate with further details about the breakfast.
The program is taking the summer off, so the next breakfast will be held in September. Anyone unable to apply for or not selected to attend the April breakfast can visit the Staff Senate website in August to apply for the next breakfast.
