'Splendid Tasting' Fundraiser for WUKY July 2

LEXINGTON, Ky. (July 1, 2015) — WUKY, the University of Kentucky's NPR station, and the Hilary J. Boone Center on campus present 'A Splendid Tasting.'  The beer, wine and food tasting Thursday, July 2, at the Boone Center is a fundrasing event to benefit WUKY.

Internatonal and local beers, ciders, wines and gourmet food will be available for tasting from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, and music will provided by DeBraun Thomas and Friends from 7 to 10 p.m.  

Tickets are $45 per person and available to the general public by visiting wuky.org.  Members of the Boone Center and The Club at UK's Spindletop Hall may purchase tickets by calling 257-1133.  Tickets will also be available at the door.
