Detour for Hospital Parking Garage Set for 1-4 p.m. on Nov. 15

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Nov. 15, 2012) -- Paving work will close Transcript Avenue near the entrance of the UK HealthCare parking garage on Nov. 15 beginning at 1 p.m. and lasting until approximately 4 p.m. This paving will finish the work begun Nov. 8. The closure will affect parking and shuttle service, although the garage will remain open.

Patient and visitor traffic will be detoured to Gazette Avenue, then left onto Press Avenue and left again onto Transcript Avenue to the garage entrance. Shuttles will drop off and pick up on Conn Terrace, near the garage's shuttle exit. Ambassadors will assist passengers with the ramp to and from the garage.
