WUKY's 'UK Perspectives' Features President Eli Capilouto Discussing the Budget

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Dec. 7, 2012) — WUKY's "UK Perspectives" focuses on the people and programs of the University of Kentucky and is hosted by WUKY General Manager Tom Godell.  Today's program continues a conversation with UK President Eli Capilouuto discussing the effort to craft a budget for the university that is focused on institutional priorities and driven by campus input.
