Campus Walk: Meet New Dean of UK's College of Education

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Sept. 18, 2019) — For University of Kentucky College of Education Dean Julian Vasquez Heilig, the innovative spirit and community feel of the college led him to the Bluegrass state.

As someone who focuses on issues such as racial equity and teacher preparation, the Commonwealth provided a perfect place to work with other like-minded colleagues in an effort to help provide equal education opportunities to all students.
