College of Arts and Sciences' Podcast Features Education Abroad

LEXINGTON, Ky. (July 30, 2012) — The College of Arts and Sciences produces podcasts that demonstrate work being done by the faculty and students in the college. Each week, UKNow will highlight a podcast. This week focuses on Education Abroad.

Summer Eglinski is an adviser for Education Abroad, specializing in Spanish speaking countries. In this podcast, Eglinski explains what Education Abroad is and describes some common misconceptions about working, studying and learning abroad. She also makes suggestions for students interested in pursuing an Education Abroad experience.
