Success in Tennessee for UK Forensics
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Dec. 2, 2014) – The University of Kentucky forensic team had a strong showing in Nashville this past weekend. The team travelled to Belmont University to take part in their annual Porch Swing tournament they cohost with Carson-Newman University. This event frequently attracts some of the most competitive teams in forensics including Western Kentucky University and the University of Alabama.
UK Forensics placed fifth out of the 18 teams present for this swing tournament. This was made possible by strong showings in each day of individual events and debate. The following successes helped make this result possible:
