Grammy-nominated singer, songwriter and musician Tyler Childers is “one of country music’s most compelling and unpredictable artists,” according to the Associated Press. Adding to an already triumphant career, Childers released his acclaimed album, “Rustin’ In The Rain,” last fall via Hickman Holler Records/RCA Records, which includes the 2x Grammy, VMA and ACM-nominated single, “In Your Love.” Since its release, “In Your Love” has broken into the top 35 on the Mediabase Country chart, garnered more than 12 million video views, 215 million on-demand streams and received praise from outlets such as NPR Music, Rolling Stone, Billboard, USA Today, Pitchfork, Stereogum and many more.

Additionally, Childers recently completed his extensive “Mule Pull Tour” earlier this fall, which included sold-out shows at New York City’s Madison Square Garden (two nights), Inglewood’s Kia Forum and Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena (two nights), leading The Tennessean to praise, “a powerfully emotional performance…[Childers] emerged in Nashville as a confident arena superstar.” Childers will continue to tour through next year with headline shows in the U.S., Australia and New Zealand.

The performance will be the second concert ever held at UK’s Kroger Field, coming on the heels of Chris Stapleton’s performance in 2022.

All sales will take place online through Ticketmaster. Parking information is expected to be announced in early 2025.

The UK Ticket Office will not process ticket orders for the concert, and there will be no in-person box office sales.

Tickets for this tour are mobile only and restricted from transfer. The artist wants to give fans, not scalpers, the best chance to buy tickets at face value. To help achieve this, the tour will be using Ticketmaster’s Face Value Exchange where, if needed, you can resell your tickets to other fans at the original price paid.

To help protect the Exchange, Childers has also chosen to make tickets for this tour mobile only and restricted from transfer. Please note, a valid bank account or debit card within the country of your event is required to sell on the Face Value Exchange. A delivery delay will be in place until April 17, 2025 (48 hours prior to show).

As the state’s flagship, land-grant institution, the University of Kentucky exists to advance the Commonwealth. We do that by preparing the next generation of leaders — placing students at the heart of everything we do — and transforming the lives of Kentuckians through education, research and creative work, service and health care. We pride ourselves on being a catalyst for breakthroughs and a force for healing, a place where ingenuity unfolds. It's all made possible by our people — visionaries, disruptors and pioneers — who make up 200 academic programs, a $476.5 million research and development enterprise and a world-class medical center, all on one campus.

In 2022, UK was ranked by Forbes as one of the “Best Employers for New Grads” and named a “Diversity Champion” by INSIGHT into Diversity, a testament to our commitment to advance Kentucky and create a community of belonging for everyone. While our mission looks different in many ways than it did in 1865, the vision of service to our Commonwealth and the world remains the same. We are the University for Kentucky.
