Career fairs offer amazing opportunities to explore different career options as well as to expand networking connections. Many employers also have internship and co-op positions in addition to full-time positions.

Students attending a career fair for the first time are encouraged to attend the Career Fair Orientation on Feb. 13. Students can sign up for the Career Fair Orientation through Handshake under the “Events” tab.

While students are not required to register for this event in advance, they are encouraged to wear business-professional attire and to bring multiple copies of their résumés or curriculum vitaes (CV’s). Attendees can also view and prioritize which employers they would like to speak with by downloading the Career Fair Plus app before the day of the career fair. The Career Fair Plus app is available through Apple and Android app stores.

The HireBlue spring semester career fairs are a partnership between the Pigman College of Engineering Career and Co-op Office, the Graham Career Management Office in the Gatton College of Business and Economics, and the Stuckert Career Center.
