UK Summer Conference Housing Provides Affordable and Convenient Housing Options

LEXINGTON, Ky. (May 8, 2018) — Each summer, nearly 100 university departments and campus organizations host conferences and events on the campus of the University of Kentucky. When groups of various sizes require overnight accommodations, the University of Kentucky Summer Conference Housing team can assist.  

Guests can stay in campus residence halls with various room types including individual or shared bedrooms. 

Summer housing options are a short walk from many of the large gathering spaces on campus, including the new Gatton Student Center. Additionally, most residence halls have classrooms on the first floor, giving groups the opportunity to meet steps from their bedrooms.

The front desk of Summer Conference Housing is staffed with trained employees 24/7 to provide guests with any needed assistance.

“Summer Conference Housing welcomes the opportunity to host your event between May and early August,” said Penny Cox, associate vice president for administration. “We offer state-of-the-art facilities for every type of group, from adult conferences to youth and athletic camps. We take pride in providing our groups and guests with the finest BBN experience possible.”
