Win Big by Donating to the University of Kentucky United Way Campaign

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Nov. 26, 2018) — During the month of October, the University of Kentucky collaborated with United Way of the Bluegrass in their annual campaign to raise money to provide support to families in need throughout Central Kentucky. To reward university employees for their generous donations and support, UK and United Way of the Bluegrass will be giving away thank-you gifts.

To be eligible, participants must be an active faculty or staff member of the university. 

To enter to win, you must donate via payroll deduction, credit card, check or cash. If you’ve donated via cash, check or credit card, you must fill out this form. The UK-United Way Campaign coordinator will place you in the drawing. If you’ve donated via payroll deduction, you will automatically be entered.

It's not too late to donate, for instructions on how to donate:

  • Via payroll deduction, visit the Make a Pledge page.
  • Via credit card, visit www.uwbg.org/give.
  • Via check or cash, contact the UK-United Way Campaign coordinator.

You only need to enter once to have a chance at winning one of the thank-you gifts.

The giveaway schedule is as follows:

Enter by 11:59 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, to be eligible to win:

Two domestic airline tickets.

Enter by by 11:59 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6, to be eligible to win:

Two tickets to a University of Kentucky men’s basketball game — winner's choice (excluding UK vs. University of Kansas and UK vs. University of Florida).

Enter by by 11:59 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, to be eligible to win: 

One United Way Swag Bag

One week's worth of dining vouchers (eight employees will be selected).
