Cheer Your Cats to Victory at SAB’s CatWatch Parties

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Jan 20, 2016) — University of Kentucky Student Activities Board's Campus Life Committee begins their CatWatch parties with the Kentucky Wildcats vs. the Arkansas Razorbacks away game at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 21, in the King Alumni House.

Students, faculty and staff can enjoy a night of cheering on our University of Kentucky Wildcats even when they are away by watching a live streaming of the game on the big screen. Prizes will be awarded to those who show the most team spirit by dressing up, cheering loudly and know their Wildcat trivia. Free food will also be provided for attendees.

“CatWatch parties are some of my favorite events,” said Jill Marks, SAB director of campus life. “It’s comforting being surrounded by people who love UK basketball as much as I do! I can’t wait to cheer on the Cats in Alumni surrounded by passionate fans just like me!”

One more CatWatch party is planned for the semester March 1 for the Kentucky Wildcats vs. the Florida Gators away game. More information about these and other upcoming events can be found on the SAB website.
